*requires you, as our client, to have an account with MailChimp, ConstantContact, or any other compatible email marketing service that allows us to export forms to place on your website. To configure the modal window on your website to work with your account, we will either need access to your account, or will need you to export your desired form from your service and send it to us for installation.
